Worthy is a conference ministry birthed from prayer and a specific word of invitation from the Lord. We are committed to empowering, encouraging and engaging women of the Tampa Bay region to take their position in the next great revival. We have been called to ready the Bride.

Our annual Worthy Conference allows us to connect as women of the Tampa Bay area and hear collectively what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to us. As we listen and grow in intimacy with the Father, we are empowered to take His message into our spheres of influence and spread His message of adoration to the world.
If you want to know how much your Heavenly Father adores you, if you want to encounter Jesus Christ in a genuine way, if you’re ready to be set on fire by his Spirit and want nothing more than His presence, then join us and bring your friends, your women’s ministry, and your small group. There is room for you!
Here’s how it all started:
In February of 2023, Pastor Erin Arruda was listening to two regional leaders speaking about revival and the releasing of women to take their positions in the kingdom of God. It was in this meeting that she felt the urgency of the Holy Spirit to facilitate a regional women’s conference. The Lord spoke clearly, “This July.” Pastor Erin shared with several regional leaders for confirmation and prayed about who was supposed to join this new adventure.
She teamed up with two highly prophetic leaders: Tracy Erwin and Pastor Ruth Spiegel. Together, the three retreated and prayed, collectively receiving the specific layout of the conference from the Lord. The term “Worthy” was the overwhelming theme. And Paul’s invitation resonated among them, “Live a life worthy of the calling you have received, for you have been called by God.” (Ephesians 4:1)
Our non-profit was set up in January of 2024 and is governed by our board: Erin Arruda, President; Courtney Lambert, Treasurer; Debbie Price, Secretary; Tracy Erwin, Board Member; Ruth Spiegel, Board Member.
Our Mission: We joyfully live from the fountain of Christ’s love to ready His Bride through regional conferences and content in Brandon, the Bay, and Beyond.
Our Vision
We see women empowered to live a life worthy of the calling they have received from the Father God.
We see them rising to the fullness of the Spirit of the Living God that is within them.
We see shepherds like Rachel.
We see prophetesses like Miriam.
We see deacons like Phoebe.
We see rulers like Esther.
We see warriors like Deborah.
We see generation-changers like Naomi.
We see bold harvesters like Ruth.
We see apostles like Junia.
We see intercessors like Anna.
We see servants like Mary, the Mother of Jesus.
We see disciples like Mary of Bethany.
We see evangelists like the woman at the well.
We see freedom bearers like Mary Magdalene.
We see teachers like Priscilla.
We see mothers like Eunice.
We see a double portion of the glory on display in them poured out on this generation, for such a time as this.
We see the warring women of Zion rising to declare the message of Christ, ready for revival.
